Who can use this service?

This service is for engineering firms to submit and manage their document transmittal forms online to DCAB.

Getting Started.

• Log in with your eHawaii.gov account.  What's this?

  An eHawaii account is the free, single-sign-on account to access secure hawaii.gov services. Need an account? Sign up, it''s free!

• Fill out online documents and submit to DCAB.
• Drop off blueprints and submit payment via check or credit card.
• Using the application, work with a Facility Access Specialist throughout the review process to get a Final Letter of Approval.
