Step 1 Complete online submittal form.
Step 2 Submit one full set of scalable Plans and Specifications (Hard copy and Electronic).
Step 3 Once the invoice for the document review fee is emailed to you, submit payment.
Step 4 If you receive document review comments, send DCAB any amended documents to address discrepancies.
Repeat Step 4 until you have addressed all comment and received a completed document review.
